i'm trying but there's no smaller rings that i can find. there's a shorter cage attachement but it really hurts.

no problem! you can get a plastic device which is a little more comfortable as well. They're all pretty inexpensive on amazon or ali express.

Hi @redcheeks33 - sorry for the four month delay in responding. I’d recommend getting a keyholder that you trust as a first step. I’m letting them start you off with 12 to 24 hr periods with brakes in between followed by several days at a time until your used to overnight and then finally the true test is 30 days.
