Six lonely San Franciscans experience intensely realistic (...and erotic...) fantasies as they go about their daily lives in "Skin on Skin" (a.k.a.: "California Cats"), an overall-good, 1980 release from VCX and director Anthony Spinelli. Indeed, their visions are so powerful...and the sex so palpably passionate...that they often find themselves in a state of disbelief over what they've just imagined. Featuring steamy sex, a strong cast (Erica Boyer, Juliet Anderson, Mai Lin, etc.), and a strong enough plot mechanism to hold the various sequences together, this quirky, lesser-known classic from the Golden Age.
